The Northeast Asia Regional Intercultural Center is a place for mutual exchange between prefectural citizens and foreigners. It can also be used independently for various activities by international exchange associations and volunteers, as well as study abroad students.
We strive to be a supportive and loving facility, and hope to see everyone here in the near future.
